This has made me blush but it's easy to make me blush if I was the listener I would nuzzle in her neck and not allow her to see my blush. I have the same fear about telling a girl about my crush because she might reject me and just ruin the friendship but I am glad the French roommate has feelings for me and accept him and she has been promoted to a gf and a body pillow.
