Back in business

I'll start running the 12 Bobbins strips I made recently here next week, but in the meantime, rest assured that I am back in business and 1/3 of the way through drawing Solver 8 ("The Urn"). It will run here on October 24th as a PDF and on the website up to a couple of weeks before Christmas (where I always take a week off), so my next jobs are to decide what to run in those two weeks (I don't like to split stories), and what will kick off 2023. It might be more Solver, or I may work on a prospective Steeple volume 4, as there are now a few ideas knocking around for that. All kind of depends on if Dark Horse want more.

You're welcome to propose something that might run in the two week gap. I'm a bit out of practice on short stories, I have a tendency towards sprawl, but maybe that will be a time for concision. It will not be a time for Desmond Fishman unless I am forced to rely on the "story of last resort".

Here's a little preview of Solver 8. I think I am drawing well despite the lay off. Charlotte is, I assure you, at her imping best.
