How to Crush Your Workday and Make Your Time Worth Spending

Comments

Waking up super early, around 4-6am every day has really changed a lot of things for my energy and focus. I make sure not to watch netflix or anything like that until later in the evening after I've spent the day at least working out ideas and planning, although I won't get into the personal and mental health reasons why I am virtually 100% ineffective at the moment, I try to have consistency so that I can gradually make my work more and more efficient every single day. I like what you said about introspection, because a lot of the time I am nowhere near as effective as I could be, but I focus on forward projectory and gradually refining it as I go rather than focus on short term gains.

This definitely covers some of the more difficult issues I have once I really start working with a creator and they become engaged and interested in receiving help (It's harder to get people to that space than you'd think). I need to make them aware of things that they don't know, that can grow/improve them, such as making VODs, and what Patreon even is, etc. Then I need to also instill the idea that "You don't need to do all of the things." which often comes off as being contradictory. It's a fine balance of introducing various possibilities that they could take advantage off, then trying to convince them, that picking the best 3 or 4 for their particular situation, is going to be more effective then doing every single thing poorly. Also it's a tough conversation to have with streamers, that streaming is often not the best use of their time.

I've watched every Patreon video so far and this one hit the hardest for me! As someone that's an entrepreneur and balancing taking care of 2 kids, I only realistically get 4-6 hours per day to actually get work done. Going to rethink my day planning strategy and really focus on hitting that 1 hour Growth/Exponential time instead of just working in the weeds the whole time. Thanks Devin.

Thanks, Devin.

I wanna say thank you for helping me cultivate the confidence and business plans to execute.

I just quit my job to really double down creating my business in educating and helping people build their wealth relatively risk free using life insurance, stocks, and real estate all at the same time. It was definitely nerve racking putting in my 2 weeks 2 hours ago:
