I really appreciate everyone's support and patience with me over this past month. I haven't really spoke of what was going on in my life but I feel I should explain myself better for those who may feel the art production isn't going as quickly right now.

At the tail end of July, my grandmother had suffered a catastrophic stroke, and for an entire month it was back and forth to the hospital that was a round trip of 6 hours, it was touch and go for the entire month and medical decisions that would leave the entire family stressed, understandably.

On top of these issues was my tablet suffering mechanical issues resulting in the purchase of a new tablet, so a new learning curve in order to get back to doing art, while sitting by a phone day in and day out not knowing when we will get a phone call.

Sadly my grandmother was unable to recover and passed, so for the past week its been funeral preparation, and holding things together, helping my mother and everything that comes along with it.

I will be trying to get back to sketching as soon as I can, I want to fill my life with positive things and this is one of them.

I just wanted to explain what has been happening "in short detail" so you understand, and hopefully don't think I am running off with your generous support.

"I also feel a bit uncomfortable with posting this because well, I don't wanna drag people down, but how do you explain the lack of art without explaining the situation clearly. So I may delete this post later this month."
