Added 2020-04-10 16:46:01 +0000 UTCDue to a VRChat update, this prefab doesn't work. They said they'll fix it eventually, but who knows how long that would take.
Another free asset, because I don't think anyone should spend a significant amount of time on something as simple as a video player. For those of you who don't know, SDK3 (UDON) does not currently have any synced video players by default.
Keep in mind this won't play YouTube videos, just raw video files like .mp4's, hence the name MP4 Player.
