2024-09-14 21:39:39 +0000 UTCI was annoyed with Paulie saying that Cara is the reason for the bigger ratings for All Stars 4. Yes I'm sure she had something to do with that, but so did Kam and Leroy, Laurel, and Tony. I think Cara is a great challenger, but she has not solely carried the show like he insinuated. In fact, I really wanted to see Tony, Kam and Leroy out of everyone! Then, of course, we all fell in love with Kefla!! It's annoying to me that he isn't giving any of those other amazing challengers their props.

2024-09-11 20:16:22 +0000 UTCHoracio admits that, On the raw footage, It does indeed show production, telling them five minutes worth of rules.And one of the rules was that if a peg falls, and it will fall, don't worry about it. Once it is in it counts. Apparently, In the breakdown of all of the rules, horacio, jenny and aneesa missed that one. And the rules were not explained in front of the entire cast, only the four who were playing. Again, this is from both horacio and Derrick, just now, after having a meeting with production and some big wigs yesterday to review everything. This is the first time, and they said, probably the last time that they have ever done anything like this in all forty seasons (i.e.; production speaking out on the game, reviewing footage with the players, etc.)

Anyone also subscribed to challenge mania, they just dropped a new podcast about 45 mins ago with Horacio AND Derrick discussing the issue, AND they're talking about what production said about it to them as of yesterday. I guess production sent them the raw footage and clarified. Still watching 👀 I'll keep yas posted 😀

2024-09-11 19:15:47 +0000 UTCThey reviewed the tapes for nearly an hour to see who had, technically, placed all forty of their pegs in the board first, regardless of whether or not the pegs ever fell out. It didn't matter if the pegs fell out because the boards were janky af, hence the referees picking them up. Derrick claims That he had seen referees picking them up for the other competitors, too... And was told not to worry about it if they fall out. So it only mattered if they had put it in at any point; it counted. So, ultimately, D was the first person to place all forty of his pegs. The way they edited this episode and chose to not clearly explain the rules to all of the cast AND audience is just a travesty. Now, horacio and Derrick are left explaining everything when production should actually come out and make a statement because right now, the main people making statements are the people who directly benefited or were negatively impacted by the event, or are friends with those people. Derrick's ref also missed the last peg, which had fallen out when he fell and hit the board and was stuck on two other pegs. With all of this information not clarified, and in the chaos of the elimination, you can see how it's easy that the cast is even divided because it's hard to be looking at everything that's happening... especially if you don't know what you should be looking for. Ultimately, Derrick won, it sucks for Horacio, and production fucked up. They discussed this at link on the challenge mania podcast and zoom Watch-along that Wednesday (I was on it... shit went from 7pm CDT to like 10pm! It was awesome👌😆). The end. 😌

2024-09-11 17:34:03 +0000 UTCI personally don't think that Horacio choosing to leave the Challenge is solely on this seasons elimination. He actually got the raw end of the deal all 3 of his seasons. He wasn't able to finish the final of Ride or Dies because of Olivia getting hurt, he also clearly won the repelling challenge on 39 that they gave to Jay and now this.
