The Audio Has Been Kill
Added 2024-12-07 14:21:28 +0000 UTCHey gang, I'm sorry for no updates for such a long time - I've been doing everything I can to make this work for episode 3 and 4, but sadly the audio that was sent to me from a couple of the girls is full on corrupted.
I've been trying my best to fix it and gotten very frustrated because it was super hot and fun, but the audio is just Kaput.
I am not sure what to do from here to be honest, herding all the girls together to re-do the episode is going to be tough and I'll be very real, I'm super shaky on my DMing. Not sure where to go from here.
I'm currently on the lookout for a DM to do us all a one shot to make up for the lack of content here, where we can all play and just have a gay old time, no stress!
Again, so sorry, and thank you for the love and support over the quadrillion years its taken for me to admit to myself that there's no way to fix this goddamn audio.

I've been DMing for going on 15 years and I'll just be honest and not sugar coat anything for you. You're doing a fine ass job, and DMing is hard af and you'll always feel like you could have done better. But, never quit, you've had plenty of fun and don't fret on the rules too much, after all, you're the goddess of the world you made. Rules are ment to be bent and in many instances, just thrown out the door when it comes to DnD. Just remembered the number 1 rule(even in the DM's guide): have fun

I'm DMing for a bunch of my friends, but in the end as long as everyone has a great time that is all that matters. You guys work super hard and although I just signed up, what I've heard so far is rad.

It's very whimsical, which is a slightly different vibe to your campaign but I feel could be a relaxing distraction for the time being.

I obviously make the caveat because some people are aholes who think everything they do is amazing and therefore aren't fun, but you have done such an amazing job with your worldbuilding and pacing. Like obviously you are all better VAs than me so I can't compare there but the story is great and as someone who's spent like 5 years crafting a story that I'm just now comfortable starting I can assure you yours is phenomenal.

One of the hardest parts of DM sometimes is to just keep things moving forward. While probably not ideal, maybe it would be best to just do a minor time skip. Jump forward a day or two, past the events of episode 3 and cover the episode 3 events in a recap. If you want to go extra maybe have a couple if illustrations during the recap, but those wouldn't be necessary. Regardless, I appreciate the update, and I look forward to whatever you and the girls do next!

But just from the 2 episodes that are out there now, I'm still fully committed to this crew. Y'all are hilarious and I listen to those episodes all the time when I need a smile on my face. Sucks this happened, but can't wait to see what's coming next.
