I think with Suga he instinctively wanted to pass it off by saying "go win this", not including himself in it but changed what he said to more of an inclusive statement instead. Also, I had the same reaction the first time I watched Haikyuu. I never liked volleyball but it's just something about this show in particular that makes it all so hype

Basically Kageyama was forcing Tsuki to hit the ball a certain way because that's what Kageyama thinks is the best attack. He was trying to make him hit a "cross" spike (to spike diagonally away from your body) or a "turn" (hit it diagonally the opposite side), you can see the illustration in 33:15 . So basically, he was tossing to Tsuki either too far or too short, forcing him to hit diagonally, but Tsuki didn't like that, hence why he said "keep it consistent" which means to just put the ball straight above him and let him handle the attack the way he wants to. Been enjoying rewatching the series Michael! keep it up!
