I remember when stationed in Fallon, NV a few pilots would threaten us ITs over stupid shit, I finally snapped when our lives were threatened over printer paper, almost went to captains mast for it, but something needed to be done.

Remember next time to treat any person that is point of contact with a customer with dignity and respect. Also call them by their name. That’s why they were a name badge.
