Update on Recent 'Satanic Panic' Video
Added 2022-11-07 15:10:54 +0000 UTCHello. Last month's video 'Satanic Panic: Geraldo vs. the Devil' has been pulled from YouTube for, quote:
"Our team has reviewed your content, and, unfortunately, we think it violates our harassment, threats and cyberbullying policy."
I have no idea what this might be, and they didn't give any details on which specific thing crossed a line. It's not been made public yet and has less than 70 views, all from Patreon, so it seems unlikely any Satanists have reported it for mocking their religion or something.
I lodged an appeal, which I lost in about 2 minutes, meaning YouTube didn't have an employee watch the video to check, like they do when you appeal against something being 'unsuitable for ads'.
As an alternative, I'll get it uploaded to my Vimeo account, then edit it into the original post and link it here. Please bear with me though, as my connection stinks, and uploads take half the day.
Cheers.
EDIT: here's the new link: https://vimeo.com/768151392 albeit in slightly lower visual quality, as free Vimeo accounts have a filesize limit.

Cheers. Yeah, it's definitely automated, I think using the same AI which generates subtitles, searching for 'bad' phrases.

2022-11-07 22:05:04 +0000 UTCThat's infuriating. I've heard other creators say they think it's an automated thing, videos get taken down if you say certain words. Thanks for the reupload, I really enjoyed this one.
