おおむね以前のルールに戻ります。

1. リクエストはLarge会員様に対して毎月1回受け付けます。更新はサブスク更新日とさせてください。11月のみ、11月1日0時より先着でお受けしていきます。次回のリクエストよりサブスク更新日に準じます。　

2. 毎月15-20件程度を消化します。

3. その時点で溢れている分は翌月以降に持ち越します。

About requests from November onward

There will be some changes—things have gone back and forth a bit, and I apologize for the confusion.
We’ll be returning mostly to the previous rules.

• Requests will be accepted once per month for Large-tier members, and the update will coincide with your subscription renewal date. For November only, requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at midnight (JST) on November 1.
  From the next request onward, they will follow your subscription renewal date.

• I’ll handle around 15–20 requests per month, and any overflow will roll over to the next month.

2ヶ月運用してみて、抽選システムは良くないと感じています。仮に今後も30名以上の方が応募されるとして、翌月落選された方を優先しているとその分だけで枠が埋まり切ってしまうので、わざわざ連絡のコストを増大させる意味がないです。かといって常に抽選にするのは、おそらく誰かが不幸な目に遭うので採用したくないです。

じゃあ最初から抽選するなという話ですが、以前のルールでは30-40件/月のリクエストをいただいていました。抽選ルールにすると少し不便になるため、20件程度に落ち着くのではないかと考えていましたが、そんなことはなかったので、戻すという判断になりました。

このルールも、リクエストの増加量のが多いことになり既に焦げ臭いですが、公平さのためにはやむを得ないかなと考えています。どうしてもキャラとAIの相性によって出来にブレが出てしまうので、リクエストのための席数限定プランみたいなこともしたくないです。

After two months of testing, I realized that the lottery system just doesn’t work well.
If more than 30 people apply each month, even giving priority to those who weren’t selected before would fill up all available slots—making the extra communication pointless.
At the same time, a fully random lottery would inevitably make someone unhappy, which I’d rather avoid.

Under the previous rules, I was getting 30–40 requests per month.
I thought that switching to a lottery might reduce that to about 20 since it’s a bit less convenient—but nope, that didn’t happen.
So, I’ve decided to return to the old system.

It’s already looking a bit intense with the growing number of requests, but for the sake of fairness, this feels like the best compromise for now.
I also don’t want to create an exclusive “limited slot” plan since the quality varies from character to character, and I’d rather not make people feel like they’re competing for spots.
