Well well. now that she is relaxed, she is likely going to become a bit less relaxed.

Your poll question for today. (read the story first of course)

At the end of the chapter a female servant comes and drags Kate off, not letting her dress first, not that she has any clothes with her in the first place; so the question for today is: Where is the naked imperial heir being dragged off too?

Option 1:

Its of paramount importance that she be ready and able to take the throne immediately to stave off an imminent rebellion. Despite being nude Kate is dragged to the council chambers and has to deal with the meeting and getting prepped for coronation fully stark naked.

Option 2:

Kate needs to be present at court to meet other noblemen and women who will be in attendance at the coronation, obviously she can't (or at least shouldn't) be in court nude so she is being dragged off to the royal tailor who will measure her up, very very thoroughly measure her up, and get to work making a proper wardrobe for the empress to be.

Option 3:

The servant works for a faction of the royal guard, who believe that old emperor didn't die naturally despite the total lack of any injury or poison in or on him. Further, they think that Kate might be in danger from this potentially magic using splinter faction and wish to warn her.
