CONTENT:  P.O.I #6 - Melody Ella-Rose “GAEA”

ARCHIVED: December 22nd, 1988

NOTES:

Profile compiled by Agent Joseph Parker

Power Analysis: Biokinetic / Constructor

Melody Ella-Rose was born in 1951 to two German immigrants. She was raised in Sweden for six years before being moved to America to settle in Washington DC. Her parents were two well-renowned German scientists who worked for the Nazi Party and managed to escape before the fall of Berlin. They hid in Sweden before moving to continue their work after confidential deals made with the American Government.

Melody was one of many to receive powers following the sudden appearance of Aurora, and what is commonly known as “The First Awakening.” (LINK - CONTENT: EVENTS - AURORA, SECOND MOON)

1971 marked her debut during the third year of World War Three (LINK - CONTENT: EVENTS - WORLD WAR THREE) along with The Mountain and Foresight (LINK - CONTENT: GROUPS - THE TRINITY). Her cooperation with the ECU helped bring the world wide conflict to a swift resolution, putting an end to further loss of life. The conclusion of the war marked the beginning of many Anti-Evohuman movements, which ultimately led to her hand in the creation of New Elpis (LINK - CONTENT: COUNTRIES - NEW ELPIS).

Melody currently leads the Evolution & Humanity political party in New Elpis, while simultaneously acting as a private military general for The Queen’s Court (LINK - CONTENT: MALICIOUS GROUPS - THE QUEEN’S COURT).

Initial Ratings were as follows: B-Class Biokinetic-Constructor

Current Ratings are as follows: S-Class Biokinetic-Constructor

Melody is prime evidence of evolving abilities within Evohumans. She is the most cited source to indicate that powers are capable of growth, with time and age of the host being the most obvious connection. However, while she is the earliest example of such, it is not standard that this occurs. Many powers do not evolve or do not evolve in entirely beneficial ways (LINK - CONTENTS: EVOHUMANS - INITIAL ANALYSIS #2).

“You were right, she is powerful.”

“The Trinity are recognized as the three strongest Evohumans to walk the planet. They have a reputation for a reason.”

“A reputation that is feared by many, it seems.”

“People would say otherwise but I have seen enough evidence to say that ‘fear’ and ‘respect’ are concepts cut from the same cloth. When you’re as powerful as them, the very ground you walk on would be considered sacred.”

“Sacred? They are not Gods. By definition, they are just like you. Flesh and blood. I can already think of a thousand different ways they can be dealt with.”

“. . . Perhaps, but their power cannot be ignored.”

“Power can only really be quantified by what the user is willing to do with it. Gaea and The Mountain can be easily dealt with. Long ranged weaponry. Precision will be an issue but it would be a surefire way to deal with them. I foresee issues with Foresight. Absolute Clairvoyance – as I believe it to be – will be… tedious to maneuver around.”

“Aha, if it were that easy, they would all be dead by now. You’re thinking too simply, you’re better than that.”

“Mere conjecture then. I did say there were a thousand ways. Maybe none of them will work. A little bit more time and I’ll have millions. Odds are at least one of them will work.”

“Ugh, you completely missed my insinuation. Leave them be. They will not trouble us unless we directly provoke them.”

“I… see. Should I at least plan for the eventuality?”

“. . .”

“You know it would be wise to do so. I will be discovered eventually. It cannot be avoided if I continue as I am now.”

“Do not give The Trinity a reason to hunt you down!”

“. . .”

“. . .”

“I will do as you say. I will not provoke them but I cannot ignore the threat they pose.”

“That… is fine. Do all the planning you want but no action is to be taken against them without me knowing. Understand?”

“I understand.”

Seems the 2nd person isn't a person at all

I would like to do more of these. They're fun. I've been meaning to as well, so I'm going to try and get more of these out more frequently.
