I fixed, changed and added some things:

- many optimizations
- added night light pollution
- updated directional ambient light
- advanced EYE PPFilters, added HDR-EYE filter
- many tweaks of sky and ambient

I recommend to use the recently released CSP 1.76p63 to use the full potencial of Pure.

it works in VR good with "__sol " ppfilter

There is a miscaculation of Exposure in VR, i mean if i'm in normal position in car the exposure is set for the interior of the car (the exterior is overexposed) in order to get the right exposure i need to lean forward near the front glass. Open wheeler works great, only normal car had the problem ! I'm using Pure EYE but Pure Camera do the same !

So I initially installed it without reading the instructions (yep my bad...) and used the Pure weather script too, was disappointed and gave up. However have since gone back and given as instructed just the ppfilter (pure EYE) a go with Sol 2.2 alpha 10 and it is genuinely next generation ! Colour saturation, contrast, dynamic range etc etc absolutely amazing and I was already lovin Sol Extra but there is no going back, cheers Peter and keep it coming :-)

Absolutely stunning and transformative! I don't think I can go back to using the old script or filter now....clouds or no clouds. You probably know already but incase it's unknown I came across an issue with the colors on the dash when at dusk. Here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/4Vf7pyQ

Loving it! Thanks Peter!

ATR Camtool

The hype is very much real and I'm looking forward to the full release, especially as a track builder. Awesome tech. The results are kinda come and go depending on the car but it's soo promising, I'm stunned!

BassGaming

after some testing, I must say, THIS IS AWESOME STUFF M8!!!!

spooky

This is absolutely gorgeous, especially with the new Union Island map. PureEYE in VR is great, although the autoexposure reacts kinda strangely - there's some sort of delay and it takes me out of the immersion briefly. Still, holy crap. Here's a screenshot from VR, so gorgeous - https://www.racedepartment.com/attachments/1631815332999-png.503487/

Real Sim Roads

Played around with it within the last days. I'm totally blown away about the new fog and day/night transition. A huge step. Thanks Peter

Amby

I believe it is with me maybe the same. Unfortunately, I didn't find much time to test it. But what I noticed is that the oversaturation or overexposure is somehow related to the vehicles. Anyway, I've had different results with different cars. I think it looked normal with Open Wheel. But you're the pro here ... I just press a few buttons and hope it works.. (also in VR)

You tried the pureEYE filter already? You can also use PageUP/DOWN to adjust the AE multiplier...

Thanks for this Peter. I think I know why I'm not seeing good results. I play in VR and think it might be to do with the exposure being set based upon me being inside the cockpit and therefore in the shade. As a result the auto exposure is over compensating and washing out the view outside of the car. When I select third person view it looks way better.
