Going out on the town "Yachtie style"

Before heading off the dock in Palm Coast, Florida we purchased some Calypso shirts. You might have seen them in the episode where we sign the documents for the boat. 

We actually got them due to a Patrons recommendation. The idea was that we'd wear these shirts when arriving to a new port while we were down island. The shirts would help create the illusion that we were simply crew aboard Calypso which would help with being overcharged fees and such as we checked into countries. Its was a great idea! 

Before our friends came out we planned a "yachtie" outing where we'd all wear the shirts! We did and it was so much fun...Funny thing was that another boat came in their yellow Yachtie shirts at the same time! We all had a great evening! 

Update: We're currently sitting in a cute little restaurant named The Snack Shack...We're having bottled water and using the great wifi!! The island we're at is called Union Island, it's at the bottom of the Grenadines. We've been hopping around islands, snorkeling, diving and exploring amazing beaches daily!! After we're finished here today we'll be pulling anchor and heading to the west side of the island for some more adventures! You can always track our current location by using the link below! 

We have a few days left in the Grenadines before crossing down to Grenada. We're very close to our port for hurricane season right now...About 45 miles or so. We have a wet slip reserved and plan to use the time to repair a few things on the boat along with cruising around the islands when we can! 

We will be off the boat in mid-June but only for a few weeks to travel home to visit family and friends. Then it's back to Grenada to prep Calypso for the upcoming adventure...Where are we going? Stay tuned!!
