Off-Shore Sailing!

Hey all you sexy muffins! We hope that you all had a wonderful weekend. For those overseas, this was Memorial Day weekend. A long weekend in the states that most try to spend near the water as it's kind of a kick off for the summer. More importantly, Memorial Day is a time to reflect and remember those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice defending America. This is a "near and dear to our heart" day for us as we personally know so many that have given all. So many have given their lives for all of our countries, we should all be thankful for these heroes in our opinion. 

We spent the weekend with friends. We had a 2 day visit from some Patrons of ours and we got to spend time with new friends we met at our current stop. It was such a fun time, they brought us so many gifts including more than a few bottles of alcohol...Maybe a little too much was used as one of the ladies lost her pants in the cockpit of the Lazy Gecko somehow. LOL. We've made great friends that we will cherish forever and that makes us so happy. 

Yesterday, Tom and Anita (a wonderful couple here at our current stop) took us out to sea on their 44' cat and it was amazing. I got to man (woman) the helm most of the time and it was thrilling! Getting out onto open seas, feeling the wind, large swells and the sail boat responding was just amazing! That thing is FAST! Over 10 knots easily and they've seen over 12 knots. Just beautiful. 

We hope you all had a amazing weekend as well. We have a great episode in the works and of course we filmed all the fun from the sailing! Thank you all so much for your support this month. This is a joy for us and while we do have to sit in front of a computer for hours and hours editing or have to delay/change/rearrange items so we can make sure to film them for you, all the positive that comes from it so so worth it to us.
