Character Preview: Mizumi

Hello again everyone! Found myself with a bit more time and decided to take some shots of my new girl, Mizumi! Fun fact, did you know that I actually have at least 3 or 4 characters already designed but not released at any time? The main reason is, I don't find the time or motivation to pose them for a showcase, as the part I enjoy the most is actually making them! So, wild thought, but if you want faster releases and more work in progress type cards at the expense of making less screenshots and renders, that is certainly an option!

Anyways, this is Mizumi, a studious girl who exudes innocence and cuteness at every turn. Featuring wider, thicker glasses as compared to my other glasses girls, these frames give off the vibe of the cute, somewhat nerdy, shy and awkward type! She's a bit unused to dealing with boys, having gone to all girls school for her entire life. And perhaps because of that, she hasn't quite realized just how cute and pretty she is, as she's managed to avoid all the unwanted attention of her peers. That said, Mizumi fantasizes about one day having a heart pounding, exciting romance of her own with the sweet, kindhearted boy of her dreams. It's a bit of a naive dream, for sure, but who knows? Maybe she'll meet the right guy soon!

I'm working through my backlog of girls right now, all of which are already designed and just need to be posed and shot. It is a bit of a slog for me, sometimes I enjoy it a lot and sometimes I really just don't want to do it. Not to complain when it's a privilege to have people actually care about my work, of course! It makes me super happy to know there are those of you who look forward to my releases!

My next girl will hopefully continue to iterate on some new concepts I've been working on developing, including potentially a remake of one of my popular previous characters!
