WIP. New Releases. Suggestions

Hello!

I started modding last year around December, and ever since, I have wanted to make this mod. Unfortunately, I didn't know how to do a lot yet, so my plan kept failing. I am not saying I am professional now, but I definitely understand modding a lot better.

Fandoms

The next mod I am working on is a fandom mod. Initially, it was supposed to be a teen fandom mod and also exclusively for singers. I've decided to expand it make it available for most ages, and bring new fandoms.

I'm already working on it, but I have only done what you can see in the pictures so far. I have created singers in the game that your teens can be fans of. I tried to make every singer trope, there's probably more, but there are the ones that come to mind. For example, male heartthrob, k-pop, female pop stars, etc. I created all of these Sims about a year ago, too, so you might have seen some of them referenced in my mods. 

Here are the features I have planned so far:

(Singers)

- Buy a ticket to _______'s concert 

- Open a blog about ____

- Buy ____'s merch

-Write fan mail to ______

-Sing ________'s music 

- Being able to go on re-sale websites to find tickets to a concert that may be sold out

- Convincing people to join your favorite singer's fandom 

- Gifting merch and tickets to a concert 

- Going to meet and greets

- Fighting with people online about your favorite singer.

Each other artist is loosely based on real artists and places. So the chances that your sim might be able to go to a concert or a meet and greet organized by their favorite singer will be conditional, based on where the artist is located.

Some singers will be parent-approved, and others not so much. For example, the band "Public Enemy" will be on some parents' hate lists. But other artists like Cameron Winters will be more parent-friendly. 

(Movies)

This will probably require movie hangout stuff. 

- Buy movies and own them. 

- Watch the movie you are a fan of and declare your love. 

 - Convince others to watch and maybe become fans of the movie too. 

(Books)

- Book Signings 

- Write Fan Fics 

- Go to conventions for your favorite book

(Games)

- Buy video games and own them.

- Go to conventions for your favorite movie

- Look for next video game installment leaks 

- Open a blog for this game

So far, this is what I have planned now because I'm just starting with the development of this mod; this is your chance to suggest some features you would like. So suggest away.

I've already shared multiple times that I'm working on cc and trying to learn. I am still on that. If anyone is well versed in maxis, match texture custom content creation, some help would be appreciated!

First Kiss

I am also learning how to animate. I've done some waving animations on blender and some physical interactions. But I want more romantic interactions. The first kiss interaction infuriates me. I'm tired of it, so while trying to learn how to animate because the game needs new animations. I also contacted a few animators to help me out. 

So far, I've been able to turn the animation into an in-game interaction. The only thing that I've been struggling with for the past few days, and it has been driving me crazy, is getting these sims to actually be in the proper position while the interaction is initiated. I still have not figured it out, so wish me luck.  

Moving on from that. The plan is to release a few new first kiss animations for the game. They will fit different scenarios other than the shy/surprised first kiss we already have.

If I can finally get this mod out, though, I'm not done with animations in the game, only getting started. We need more animations! 

I'm not sure when this will be ready. For now, I'm being slowed down really severely by this problem with the animations. I also don't want to rush because I want everything to be detailed and thorough, a very full and fun experience.
