Nice to be back after a week off, having learnt the joys of a duty of care to kids 😁. Even if Mandy was trying to wake me up. 🤪 There's been some lovely warm nights, it's cooled down a bit but we've still got all of August to go. Been up to some lovely places, did Carlise, Beamish and a little place called Vinderlanda; old Roman ruins site. 2000 years old. Very pretty. Not abroad holiday but that's enough for me for the year. Apparently ravenous hunger is a trait of TDAH people, and especially those with sleep debt. Wouldn't know anyone like that would you Mandy? 👀
