I assumed they were included in the edit to show that the contestants could have thought outside the box by shooting down those ducks instead of using the plastic ones provided. If they did turn out to be geese, it would have led to an interesting debate and banter session in the studio. Alas, every contestant went route one and used the provided imitation waterfowl.

Funny and quirky. 2) John, is likely going to be this seasons Judi Love. 3) Last week, I did think of Dara to be my season favourite because he's a rather smart fella. After this episode, I'm backing him fully now. 4) It's great having Sarah as one of the guests. 5) Mr Chawawa likes his eyebrows 6) Mandy can't see her pockets when she's wrapped up. 7) That final live task was my favourite one ever. "crashes most" was such a funny moment. Brilliant game. A ducking grape (duck in grape) reaction Mandy.

They aren't supposed to be used to write out words. It's not code. It's just that, if you need a symbol for something, like a astrological sign out something like that, you can often find it in a Dingbat font like Wingdings, without having to search for a vector graphic, an SVG file etc. These Dingbat fonts predate the internet after all.

I have further suspicion that the ducks which have a pun based name are unofficial products. That 'Luke Pondwalker Star Duck' is not official Star Wars merchandise but the Doc Brown one is official Back to the Future merchandise. If you own a company making ducks and you've gone to the effort and expense to license the Back to the Future brand, you're not going to waste your investment by using a pun name, you're going to use the name you've gone to the trouble to license. If, on the other hand, you want to make a Star Wars duck but without getting the licence to do so, then you've got no choice but to use a different name, and you might as well do a pun. Collecting single use plastic, in whatever form, is not a good hobby. I also went past another shop today that was just full of nothing but vending machines that dispensed plastic capsules with a 'collectable' inside. It was called 'Gashapon Bandai Official Shop | ONE PIECE CARD GAME Official Shop' if you want to look it up. It's all just future landfill though.

Imagine then, my surprise, when walking home through my home town or city I come across a shop (or store as an American would say) exclusively selling ducks. I had not seen the shop before today. It didn't seem to be a busy shop, there were no customers in it during the five minutes that I was there. I imagine it's quite expensive though so they probably only need to sell 2 ducks a week to make a profit. Either that, or it's a front for drugs and/or prostitution. Probably not though, it's probably as simple as selling overpriced ducks to tourists. I didn't go in. I didn't want the assistant to ask, "What kind of duck or ducks are you looking for today, Sir?" How would I answer?

The symbols on HUDs in games have sometimes just been special characters. Half-Life for example. And the little swirly circle your mouse cursor has when it's loading is just a repeating flash of special characters. If you must know we bought our ducks at the local auction/cattle market. We had a Peeking duck called Derek...that turned out to be a Debby. Then we got 2 more, Kaki Cambels, called Dave and Denzel. We had them for couple years but ducks are messy and we weren't home enough due to work, so we gave them over to a local farmer to look after. Last I heard they're doing quite well. Got their own pond 🙂 🦆🦆🦆 Have your really never lanimayinayeted anything Mandy? 😂😂
