Alex is listed as an executive producer, but that's it. If you watch only one international season, watch NZ S2, not just because it's the best, but some of UK S14's best moments are repeats of tasks from that season.

Some positives are: Some AMAZING sights down south. Bariloche, San Martin de Los Andes and places like that have amazing lakes and mountains. It is a huge country, so landscape wise, it has it all! Argentina has some very good recipes/foods that are unique to this country like the way they do dulce de leche, empanadas, asado, milanesas, their pizza, choripanes, alfajors and more. Their ice cream is delicious too! Tango is from Argentina as well, if you like that kind of music/dance. The average height for people here is quite short, so I am not tiny here! Yay! Lol. Argentinians are very fun people, they like having a good time and know how to make a fun time out of nothing. One thing I really like about here is that there is a lot of freedom religion/race/culture/sexual orientation wise. There is no real issue of discrimination here, and I think that is wonderful. Can't really think of much else now, but there you go! ๐คโจ๏ธ

They'll usually only be there for a month in an empty shop.

Secondly, the technique Victoria was using to thread the needle is a very common technique which I personally favour, as it works really well. Not sure why Victoria was doing it, didn't seem to be working so well for her, but nevertheless, threading a small loop of thread rather than the end, is typically much easier. Also, when you double your thread over and poke it through the little hole, you end up with 4 strands of cotton instead of 2, which gives a stronger stitch. Just thought I'd share that in Victorias defence. Hope it made sense. So how much did the fine end up costing? If that's not too personal a question. I am a busy body!๐๐ซถ

2024-10-16 13:25:36 +0000 UTCNot related to this episode BUT we have a show over here called โHuntedโ where the alleged* premise is that a bunch of contestants must evade capture by a group of elite hunters who have access to CCTV and modern policing methods to track them down. They do a celebrity version and James Acaster and Ed Gamble were on it and they actually fled to (and hid in) the Taskmaster house! It was very cool and weird to see it on another show. I think they even left a note out taunting the hunters in the form of a task. Apologies if anyone has already told you about this, just thought you might find it interesting! * I say โallegedโ premise because there is clearly some trickery going on, eg the contestants have a cameraman following them but then you never see the cameraman whenever thereโs an aerial shot or theyโre shown on CCTV or anything!
