It was a budget film so that's why the werewolves looked like huskies🤣 The woman was trying to get away from her pack because she didn't want to be a werewolf anymore but when she realised the army couldn't save her she was helping her pack to basically kill them off one by one. Werewolves can only be killed by silver, head removal (obviously😂) and fire (hence the explosions and use of aerosol and lighter). It's weird because I remember this film as just being hilarious but there's actually some really emotional bits in it.
