Interesting thing (and not a dig - it's difficult to set a tone in a written medium), but for all the male gay theatre stereotypes, I studied Performing Arts at College and Drama at University, and in all that time, only two of my fellow students were gay.

I remembered this ep as being solid, but nothting standout. Didn't even occur to me as the "best ever" one people were hyping in the comments last week and this. Watching it now the escalation is just brilliant. They just dig their own holes and don't ever stop!

Yes! I'm surprised he's not been in more stuff over the years. Really funny actor, with a touch of Rik Mayall about him (which I'm sure he's sick of hearing, but he's probably not here right now)

Yes! Glad you guys enjoyed this! This is the episode of IT Crowd I tell people about the most. It's possibly the single funniest episode of any TV show. Everything is spot on. Love it!

This is one of the greatest episodes of TV comedy ever made. Great reaction guys! Brilliant as ever. Series 1 is good and I'm a huge Chris Morris. Very lucky to have met him through work but Series 2 onwards goes up a notch. There's some great stuff to come.

The actor Nicholas Burns who throws the guy out of the wheelchair was in a brilliant cult sitcom called 'Nathan Barley' satirising the early days of social media, it's only 6 episodes but a real gem, and would make quite an apt reaction for a couple of content providers.

Great fun seeing you both laugh so hard and I can't wait to see your reactions to Matt Berry who takes over the role of the new boss of Reynholm Industries. He's my favourite of the show. Just a suggestion Spencer, but if you get unwanted adds come up that you can't skip, how about muting the sound whilst they're on and react/discuss until the show starts up again?

Awesome reaction, I still laugh just as much every time I watch it, it's about 200 miles from London to Manchester, I always try and picture in my head what happens when they arrive at the other end and how Roy manages to get back home.
