Apologies for the lateness on this, however I'll consider this all of your punishment for making us sit through Kevin & Perry Go Large, which will come out next week. There are scenes in that movie I will never be able to unsee...

2023-01-08 19:55:26 +0000 UTCPikey = Irish Travelers (Sometimes known as gypsies, but not the Romany type). The Pikeys are said, by many, to be total scum. Crime, especially theft, goes up in the area when they move in. When they move on, they leave an unbelievable amount of trash and other damage behind them. They drive unroadworthy vehicles with no insurance. And when they are arrested, they skip bail. I've also seen, with my own eye, a burnt out postbox, with the chard remains of a "dag" inside right after the pikies had left.
