0.8 Dev Update 5

Hey folks!

First, a quick reminder,

New animation pipeline

As always, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes, and for right now, the most exciting thing is the new animation pipeline! There's still much work to be done, of course. We are still tweaking the lighting and postprocessing/grading stack to better match the classic look of the House. Personally, though, I’m already happy with the results, and I'm super excited about all the future possibilities after we really get the hang of it.

The New Pipeline Rae’s Movie Night sex scene is just one part of the current EA version, but it's certainly not the only one. 

Cait got her visit to the University, finally got some answers there, and tried to make friends with a curious critter.

Naomi made a few shaky steps to getting things back to normal with her crew. It’s been a long road for her, but she learned and grew.

And there's lots more in stock for her.

Starting with the next event and an important choice to help her make. Or at least commit to making. Just like in Cait and Lyriel’s storylines, you can suggest a thing to her, but she has to decide for herself.

Similar choices will be present in others' storylines – Rae, Blair, and Yona will get theirs once they’ve had a few more story events added.

Speaking of which, Rae should get another story chapter in the next update.

Apart from that, we want to get something pretty cool and special done in time for Christmas. Stay tuned for that!
