To get new sex scene with Cait - Make sure she’s at 20 lewdness and you had PIV sex with her. Study with her, ask her to sit on your lap. Proceed with the thighjob when asked (that will happen at least once every three study sessions). Near the end of it she’ll offer to go all the way.
R2 update includes some text edits and full russian translation for the game. It's a completely optional download if you already have the r1 version.

You can use the patches to upgrade any version beginning with 0.7.4a1 to version 0.7.5r2, just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use a patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.

My internet is running fine on all other processes so I don't think the problem is on my end, but whenever I try to download it stays at a max of 2.3mbps for a while and then at about 500mb total it drops to the kilobytes range with a projected time of multiple days. I'm using the PC HI-RES link.
