Build is now updated to r2 with lots of trigger priority fixes. No new content, though, so if you are not blocked from any quests you can safely ignore this.
Oh, actually, about one of the main attractions of this update. Rae's under the counter BJ quest is hidden, this is by design. Basically, you need to progress her "trust" route to at least ch.5 and at least two weeks should've passed after you finished Infernal Trust ch. 4.
Then find her in the kitchen while she's in her apron and choose the "Join her" option.

You can use the patches to upgrade any version beginning with 0.7.1a1 to version 0.7.2r2, just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use a patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
