You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.6.9a1 to version 0.6.10a1, just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
Walkthrough:
Yona's Story chapter 7: check on Naomi and Yona sparring, Naomi will extract a short autobiography from Yona. Then watch the dream with the wolf. Talk to Yona in the gazebo later.
Yona's Story chapter 8: another dream will come, this time without invitation. Have another talk with Yona in the gazebo after she asks.
Yona's Story chapter 9: go to Rae's corner with either Yona or Rae herself. Rae will agree to teach Yona, then go for an etherwalk. After you're done, Rae will visit you in the night.
