You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.6.5a1 to version 0.6.6a1 , just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
Walkthrough:
The two story events should be pretty self-explanatory.
For the One Vision, check on Cait and Blair when you see them both in the library in the afternoon. After that you'll need to wait about two days and be in a "public" room in the afternoon for Rae to notify you. Then Lyriel will find you and the ritual will start.
For the A Glimpse Of you need to do some polling. It can be done in a single day, just visit all the pairs of girls you see on the map. And that's if for now.
For Rae's arc-pausing event start with asking her how she feels about your last visit to Sirenia. Wait a few days, and she'll let you know she's ready to talk. Go to her corner of the attic in the evening.
