You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.6.4a1 to version 0.6.5a1 , just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
Walkthrough:
For now the build contains only the new Rae's story events. Shower sex remaster (and some new content) is coming in Beta/EA.
Rae's story events are pretty straightforward, just follow the quest hints.
