You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.6.3a1 to version 0.6.4a1 , just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.

Walkthrough:

Hairy Business - go down into the hall when Lyriel is watching TV in the morning. It's not clear what she wants, but whatever. Then pass by her when she's brushing her hair in the morning. Agree to help out.

Manga Research Club pt. 3 - need Lyriel's lewdness at 14 for that one. She'll come up to you one evening, then just enter her room. (will become repeatable in beta/EA)

Period Drama - check on Cait when she's in her room in the evening. Go in again when she's in there with Naomi. And finally visit her a few days later when she's in there.

Brushing Lyriel's Hair activity - new activity is now available when she's brushing her hair in the morning. Just click on her and select the new option.

Another mini-activity with Rae and another activity with Cait are coming soon.!
