You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.5.13a1 to version 0.5.14a1 , just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
New stuff:
There's a new series of events focusing on getting Cait a pair of glasses. You have to advance the main story to the "daywalking" stage, and Cait's "student" route to after banana stuff. Then talk to her in the library (select "just chat" in the talk menu) and she'll ask about the glasses.
Then depending on your choices/financial state you'll either have to wait a few days while Cait collects more moneys (the ability to scour the books for bills will be added soon), or you can go the same evening.
After she order her pair, wait another 3 days and... Don't worry, she won't forget.
After she gets her glasses walk into the library when Cait is alone there to check how she's getting on. Enjoy the scene. And that's all for this update for now.
