Multiple events are in the various states of not being finished, so only the reveal (and all the associated things: sprites, new room, love app update) is in Alpha 1. More events and other goodies are coming in Alpha 2/Beta.

Walkthrough:
The story quest should be pretty obvious.
For Yona's story quest 1, just click on the door to her room in the afternoon.
For quest 2, walk around the halls (also living room, backyard) in the evening. Lyri will find you and ask for a house tour for Yona.
Hidden items:
Yona's room. Mask on the dresser in the evening when Yona's outside.
Ground Floor Hall. Black garment on the pipe hanger thingie near the front door in the morning
