Leon is a very impractical villain within the story, he's constantly unintentionally helping Lili trying to escape. When asked about this from his superior he pretends that Lili has enough self awareness to sway him from his purpose. in reality there is a bigger reason why, I can't touch to much on it for spoiler reasons. Leon is charming charismatic and a bit of a sadist. Leon loves to fight and take control what worse is he hates to lose!
Jasper in a physical sense can't take on Leon it is impossible he crush him! But Jasper has his strategies yet so does Leon. Many think Leon isn't bright yet he is very smart! Not only does he over power everyone around him with brute strength but the guy can analysis and predict his enemies moves. Leon is the true boss battle haha
