Valerie is Lili's Royal Confidant. Her role is very short in the actual story but in the AU she plays a bigger part. Lili trusts Valerie completely and tells her all her secrets. In canon when she begins to notice Lili becoming self aware she would report to the subconscious who would wipe away her self awareness and Lili would forget completely.

Valerie believe this is the only way Lili can be happy. Valerie isn't just any part of Lili's dream she was created by the memories of her friend in the real world. I don't want to spoil to much but Valerie is very kind and sweet and would do anything to protect Lili.

In the AU I have more time to explore her character and she rather gossipy and nosey! she loves Lili dearly and support her adventures and crazy dreams. She more of a silent judger while Lili willing to be loud!
