Patch 3.3.4 – Important Change to How News Are Saved

This update introduces an important improvement to how news are stored.
Until now, news were saved in your browser’s storage, but starting from version 3.3.4, they are now saved directly inside your save file’s database.

When you load your save in the Editor for the first time after updating, all existing news from your browser will be automatically migrated into the save file.

From now on, every time you refresh your news list — either because a new article is generated or you interact with a Turning Point — you must download your save file afterwards (before closing the tab).
Think of it just like when you edit something in the database (like changing the calendar or a driver’s stats):
if you don’t download your updated save, those new or modified news will not be there the next time you load the file.

I hope this change fixes most of the issues of people losing news articles. Now if an article is lost, it can only be that the save was not downloaded after news were generated
