2023-04-14 06:21:43 +0000 UTCOK, so after some deliberation with outside sources, it has been determined the pictogram means "Keep Out of Reach of Children". It is a man holding a box (of batteries?) Out of reach of a child, who is holding the mans leg with one hand and reaching for the box with the other. I think the pictogram would have been better served however with the child having both hands reaching for the box. Because until I zoomed in enough, with my terrible eyes I just couldn't unsee the child punching the man in the balls
