I'd go with twin sickles and have one death be where they're used like scissors to decapitate. Or use one sickle to impale a victim in the head while gutting them with the other.

Also, the killer from the original Slumber Party Massacre used a drill. And then there's the drill/guitar combo wielded by the killer in SPM2.
