Kara I'd a baby kryptonian basically and they get stronger over time with sun exposure. Even so she's a descendant of Rao, so the fight would probably be close if it was just a brawl but she'd win, but it wouldn't be a brawl because kryptonians have no magic resistance and Nick could curse her silly.
