So I'm trying something a little different here, and if you follow me on Twitter you may have seen me debating whether to try it. Basically I'm really interested in doing a riff on a few series the AV Club have done where they've taken an idea and run through each year of it (super hero films, best selling blockbusters, etc). And I thought it sounded fun, mostly because I find myself some months stuck between feeling pressured to do a Big Smarty Video (tm) or a still-serious-but-kinda-fun Blips. This felt like a way to just pick a favorite game from a list each year, then say whatever I wanted about it. A lower pressure way to have a fun retrospective that I can do off and on whenever I'm not prepared for a Big Thinkpiece or whatever.
Anyways, I have a number of games for Blips ready to go, so that should be soon. However, I'm curious: in the interests of getting more out faster, would you all like to see Blips episodes about one-off games? Or is the current format of collecting a pack of 'em worth doing, to kind of give you this medley of different flavors? Just a thought.
