I often feel that femdom/hypno things featuring psychological humiliation are a tough sell untranslated because the sounds/voice effects are less exaggerated - it's easier to tell when a character is having sex versus when they're, say, poking needles into a dude. There are a lot of great premises that are best explored through a lower-budget audio drama.
