BTW, Khal Drogo did not rule all the Dothraki. The Dothraki have a few independent tribes that share the same culture. Khal Drogo ruled over one of those tribes, but there are other Khals as well. But all the Khalisars meet up in Vaes Dothrak once in a while, which is kind of their capital and holy place.
