Basically just a bonus treat for the fans. Also the first two Team Thor shorts explain where Thor was during the events of Civil War. I don’t think it’s meant to be canon though. It was just a way to introduce Taika Waititi’s tone for Thor: Ragnarok. At least that’s what Wikipedia says. Btw the audio is missing from the movie during the last 23 min of the video.
