There's a bug that snuck in regarding a particular variable, d4CommandLock, that wasn't sorted properly. That variable has now been fixed and the files reuploaded.
If you've already downloaded 0.04.52 before this, you'll want to download it again to prevent this bug from potentially stalling you out on Day 4. If you've downloaded it after this post however, you're good! You've got the new version and all is well.
Sorry again about that, everyone. I don't know how it snuck in, but at least it's fixed now!
