Full Length Vids update
Added 2022-02-18 21:56:39 +0000 UTCThe current website i am using to host my patreon videos, Sprout video, has a certain amount of storage available. I'm running out very fast. I am going to have to use youtube to host the videos again, for full length videos i am going have to cut the audio, blur the screen but i will set a timer on the video so you can sync it up with me. I hate that I have to make you sync it up with your own copy, it's very annoying from personal experience but I dont really have a choice. for the regular videos i will continue to post those to sprout video because those files are not as large so I can use sprout video for a little bit longer. Im going to be looking to see what I can do for hosting videos. I would hate to put watermarks on my patreon videos too. I only do that for youtube because the videos won't be public without the watermarks, even if they are unlisted. I do apologize for the inconvenience for the full length videos and regular videos!

thank you, I could prob shoot in 1080p and upscale to 4k to save space but thats still gonna add up fast. regardless of whatever i do , i still have to worry about storage space on hosting sites unless i figure something out with youtube, i'm gonna figure it out!!

2022-02-19 08:16:05 +0000 UTCAlright, hear me out, I’m on here because you and your content are 👍 but is a compromise of not shooting yourself in 4k, but something still of good quality out of the question? You’d be able to keep whatever you’re streaming still watchable for us :|

2022-02-19 03:12:25 +0000 UTCyeah even if they are unlisted they still get blocked smh I looked at some creators I follow too and they use youtube or vimeo for full length, they dont shoot in 4k so that makes sense, they'll never run out of storage. I think what i'm gonna do is use youtube for full length but i'll have to cut the audio and have you guys sync it up with your own copy. I wanted to give you guys the luxury of not having to sync it up but ofc there's always some problem but I also noticed other creators blur the screen and ill just put a water mark over so you can see where im at in the show / movie, its hard to tell when its blurred. ideally id have no watermark but its better than blurring completely
