It's bulletproof, but Black Tiger isn't! Kinetic force transmits through the uniform to some degree, so while a high-caliber round won't put a hole through him, it can still bruise and batter, and break bones; he might not die but he'll certainly be hurting. Fortunately, ya boy heals fast.
