Update on Goose!

So Goose had surgery Saturday evening. The doc originally thought it was a tumor on his spleen and tumors there likely 66% malignant. But when they opened him up to remove it, it was attached to his intestines, not his spleen. So they removed an 8 inch section of his intestines and the grapefruit sized tumor. They stitched him back together and kept him two nights at the pet hospital. He was alert and seemed well yesterday and is eating this morning so he is going home this afternoon. Things are looking good but he still needs to heal more. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!
