Leaks are bad!

Looks like I dodged a bullet by not having exclusive content ^^ I don't blame artists who choose to go that route. After all, they need to make a living too. I just wanted to see if I can do without exclusives and it looks like I can! I'd really like to keep it that way.

Thank you! I was hoping that because non-Patrons are not missing out on any content, people would leave the WiPs alone. Like you said, stuff is going to be leaked, no matter what. That's also a reason why I stayed away from exclusive content. But in my case, I think it's a little bit bizarre since it's just WiPs.

Ugh, it's always shitty when someone does this stuff to a patreon. I got into an internet fight over another artist on patreon where the guy was trying piss off as many supporters as possible by threatening to leak his work everywhere, and just being obnoxious on everyone's comments. He thought it was all a scam (somehow) and wanted revenge because he thought there was stuff on his page that were behind a paywall ( I don't think he understood what a WIP was) and no matter how many people told him that the finished works are always eventually released publicly. He still threw his pathetic tantrum for everyone to see because he couldn't see his Lewds early. Leakers don't always need a reason, all they need is raw stupidity...

Yeah, unfortunately Ellowas this is just going to happen regardless of what you do. Another Patreon guy Saltyicream is also a really good pornographic animator like yourself, and his stuff gets leaked every animation through various patrons. You however are among the best smut artists around though so there will be people like myself willing to support you as long as we can, for doing the work regardless of what is leaked.

Yeah the site is shady as fuck and I stopped posting there for that reason, but I wouldn't go as far as to suspect him of posting these there. I know he posts a lot of stuff himself, but from what I noticed, it's just stuff you find on public places like reddit or tumblr anyway.

The guy who runs that website is notorious for taking erotic art from all over the internet and posting it on his website, which is flooded with ads unless you pay for a subscription, without permission from or so much as a nod to the creators. It's basically a low effort pornographic money grab at the expense of people who put the work in to create those images and videos. Your best bet is probably to watermark your WIPs if you want him to stop posting your work.

What a dick. Maybe comment on some of the posts that, as the creator, your WIPs are for folks who support your work financially, and you release your finished works freely already without the need for leaks? Hard as hell to get people to cut this kind of behavior, but still, fingers crossed.

Thats annoying, and kind of ungrateful to be honest, considering that you release your animations free to the public when they are done. In addition the the stream, Vip renders and animations are for people that are more interested in that specific area of animating then most people, it's kind of strange that this person would even leak that stuff to begin with. I only follow you and a couple of other patrons when it comes to smut, so I doubt I will be of help to find any leaked stuff of yours. I hope it stops since as you say it only hurts everyone in the long run.

I get that mentality and I sympathize with it to some extend. I too hate it when content is behind a paywall, especially if it used to be free before. That's why I'm not doing Patreon-exclusives, even though I think that doing so would lead to more money. I was kinda hoping that people would have the common sense to understand that I run this Patreon a bit differently. Still, I'm surprised it took this long for leaks to happen.

I don't mind if this stuff pops up in some obscure places somewhere. I expect it even. But I want people to think about what they're doing and what harm they might do when they're posting it on sites like that.

Some people just want to leak/share everything they can, for whatever reason...to share it for the sake of being shared, so more people can see what is behind a paywall. It's an ideology. They don't do it for fame, but they are propably more like communists who just want to share everything. Not even thinking about someone losing money (that they rightfully earned with their unique work) or others seeing tips and hints how to better use programs so more people can copy the work progress, which will result in a loss of money for the original creator either way. I despise such people. But I am hypicristic because I also visit such sites to get to this content because there is too much out there you have to pay for, and no one has the money to get everything. But that's just life. You have to pick what you want, what you can pay. Still I condemn such things.
