Though I am between either making it a rival company or the name of Chaldea's own institute of medicine and genetic studies. The conflict between the Templars and Assassin's has mostly ended, with remenants focusing on convert fights. Isu will not come in this story. 5) I was thinking Finland or Norway. Another option would be an island off the coast of Chile or Mexico. Chaldea will sign a treaty, granting them more rights on the island and allowing for paying tax with medicine or tech instead of money. 6) Louis will join, Harvey will not. The next chapter would be the first in Arc 3. I hope you like it.
