Diorama layout!

Before I started painting the model I wanted to create the basic layout and the terrain. Mostly because I don't want to get the painted tracks dirty from the white modelling clay, but luckily I found an unused run of Friulmodel tracks that are the same pattern like on this tank, just without duckbills of course. So I'll use those for the track imprints π
So I only have the basic dimensions of the base and a rough estimate of the building. I'm still not sure if I'll make just a small shed or there will be a piece of another, taller building (artistically demonstrated with the Alpine figure box).
The empty corner on the opposite side will have a small drainage ditch, either full of water or dry depending on how brave I'll feel π
And that's where I've left it for now. Everything on the diorama will continue after I have the model done, including figures.
More progress on the T29 will come tomorrow, I'm finishing the painting video today :)
